SPCC exists to help leaders and companies navigate transition, the internal impact of change. While we rarely have control of market or industry changes, we can effectively respond to the internal transitions of our teams, our organization, and ourselves. SPCC was founded in 2011 to help leaders process and identify next steps after the recession of 2009. We recognize that a healthy response to change includes addressing both operational and internal systems.
Our team members are guided by International Coaching Federation (ICF) Standards, and bring varied areas of expertise including leadership development, change management, and team coaching and facilitation. Our aim is and has always been to “Help leaders and their teams embrace change with courage and compassion.”
